Elderberry Companion does not offer refunds for one-time purchases of minutes (10, 30, or 60 minute packs). All such purchases are considered final and non-refundable.
For monthly subscription plans ($33.00/month), you may request a refund for the unused portion of your subscription within 7 days of your most recent renewal. If your request is approved, we will process a prorated refund for any unused days in your current billing cycle. Approved refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account. After this period, you may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges, but we do not provide refunds for prior periods.
